Marking the one-year anniversary of the firm’s 50-state platform, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP has now joined the ranks of the 100 highest-grossing law firms in the United States. Jumping six spots to the 96th position, this is Gordon & Rees’ first appearance on the Am Law 100 list, published by The American Lawyer magazine.
With gross revenues of nearly $400 million collected in 2019, Gordon & Rees was among the top 10 firms in terms of year-over-year change in revenue, up by roughly 12 percent compared to 2018. (By way of reference, gross revenues increased by an average of only 5 percent across the Am Law 100 generally.)
The American Lawyer reported the firm was one of two additions to this year’s list, and that its growth has included an expansion into secondary and tertiary markets. Gordon & Rees attributes its powerful, continued growth and financial results, in part, to becoming the first law firm in history to establish an office in all 50-states as of April, 2019. By having an office and lawyers licensed in all 50 states, the firm is able to deliver seamless and comprehensive legal services to clients on a nationwide basis, wherever they may have needs.
