The San Diego Business Journal featured Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani partner, Brandon Saxon, in an article entitled, “Employment Law Has a New Emphasis in the Era of COVID-19.”
The article examines the legal implications related to workplace shifts amid safety concerns and the rapidly evolving regulations of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article details legal aspects that employers should consider and includes tips for managing this unprecedented circumstance. When interviewed, Saxon recommended consulting an attorney and exhibiting soft skills and flexibility in this process.
Saxon is a partner and serves as Chair of the Employment practice group in the San Diego office of Gordon & Rees. His practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation matters including the defense of companies and employers in employment and commercial related actions. He has litigated a number of matters to successful resolution in both state and federal courts, and has experience in a variety of heavily regulated practice areas.
