Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani partner Todd Regan has been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. This presitigous honor is extended upon the recommendation of the national officers of the Fellows and Fellows leadership in a specific state or jurisdiction. Selection as a Fellow is a recognition of an attorney whose career has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the higest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of society.
The Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation. Established in 1955, Fellows support the research of the American Bar Foundation through annual contributions and sponsor seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession.
Regan is a member of the firm’s Construction Group, has a wide range of experience representing all players in the architecture, engineering, and construction community in project-related claims, and in negotiating and drafting construction agreements. He also has significant experience representing businesses in commercial disputes.
He was recently named to the Top 50 Connecticut Super Lawyers list for the third consecutive year. Regan is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
