Uniquely, Lexology surveys senior corporate counsel only, with the 2020 winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.

The criteria for the award winners focused on their ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. The awards review team conducted extensive research specially designed to assist clients in finding the best lawyers for client services worldwide and facilitated referrals between client service-focused law firms.
The 2020 Client Choice Awards recognized 490 winners across 82 jurisdictions worldwide. The awards program also recognized winners at state and province level in the United States and Canada. This year, 119 winners across 28 US states and Canadian provinces were recognized.
Blatchley represents a variety of clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on litigation matters concerning insurance defense and coverage, business/commercial disputes, employment practices liability, professional liability, products liability, consumer defense, and environmental and land use. Blatchley enjoys working with clients to arrive at innovative and cost-effective solutions and often counsels clients on risk aversion and regulatory and corporate compliance.
