As reported in our April 1 update, restrictive orders were adopted by six Bay Area counties which allowed construction to proceed in only very limited instances.
That restriction was significantly relaxed on April 29th, with revisions to the Bay Area orders allowing all construction to recommence effective May 4, subject to protocol restrictions.

While the links above are to Santa Clara County pages, the same order was also adopted by Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo and San Francisco counties.
