Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Sacramento Senior Counsel, Kathleen Gallagher, will serve as co-chair of the Business Litigation committee of the California Lawyers Association (“CLA”) for 2021.
In this role, she will act as the liaison to the Corporations Committee and the Partnerships/LLC Committee. The Business Litigation Committee has been working on a project for the last few years to develop a website specific to California Discovery Law.
Gallagher has been a litigator for more than 13 years representing owners in a variety of industries and business sectors. She has helped to resolve contract disputes; professional negligence claims; employment claims including sexual harassment and workers’ compensation subrogation; real property claims; personal injury; and others. Her background, combined with her analytical and research skills, allow her to come up with creative and effective solutions for clients.
