Gordon Rees Scully Mansukani San Diego Associate Anthony Mansour has been selected to serve in the Fellows Program instituted by the American Bar Association ("ABA") Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (“RPTE”).
The RPTE Fellows Program encourages the active involvement and participation of young lawyers in Section activities. This program gives young attorneys an opportunity to become involved in the substantive work of the Section, while developing their leadership capabilities.
Mansour is a member of the Real Estate and Business Transactions practice groups. As a first generation American, he has developed a deep passion for the commercial real estate industry since the age of 14, wearing the hats of a commercial real estate broker, investor, developer, landlord, tenant, asset manager, and property manager. He brings these perspectives into his practice as he assists his clients in real estate deal-making with an empathetic approach.
His practice includes a broad range of transactional real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting lease and sublease agreements for life sciences (e.g., biotechnology), mixed-use, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties across the United States. He assists public and private real estate investors, developers, owners, and REITs in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and management of diverse commercial properties, including multifamily, life sciences, office, and mixed-use projects.
The ABA RPTE Section is a leading national forum for lawyers with over 25,000 members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal. The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.
