Miles Scully is a named partner of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and has served as first chair for dozens of trials and highly publicized verdicts. He is continually ranked as one of the top trial attorneys in the nation. The National Law Journal recently named him one of 25 foremost trial attorneys in the United States.
Kevin Alexander is Managing Partner of the firm's 110+ attorney San Diego office and he is co-chair of the office's Drug & Medical Device and Commercial Litigation practice groups. William Rathbone is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditor’s Rights practice group. He has been involved in more than 117 bankruptcy cases during his practice, in the Southern District of California. He has represented debtors-in-possession, chapter 11 and 7 trustees, litigation trustees, secured and unsecured buyers of distressed businesses and assets in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation in state and federal court and has first chaired over 30 state court commercial litigation trials and second chaired a high profile trial with Miles Scully.

Richard Sybert is co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, working out of the firm’s Seattle, San Diego and Honolulu offices. Eric Young is a member of the firm's Real Estate practice group. He has practiced real estate law in California for more than 30 years. He has represented developers, public and privately held companies and investors in the acquisition, financing and development of office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers and multi-family residential projects and has negotiated leases in many of the landmark office towers throughout the country.
Gery Zacher is an experienced litigation partner whose practice is primarily focused on the representation of chemical manufacturers, formulators and distributors in product liability, environmental and business litigation.
