Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani opened its 74th office in Ontario, California on December 6, 2021. Kevin Alexander will serve as the Office Managing Partner. Adding new attorney, Alexander T. Marx, the office has a seasoned employment and commercial litigation trial lawyer on the ground floor who can help grow the office and who comes with an AmLaw 50 firm background.

Senior Counsel Alexander Marx, joins the firm as a member of the Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He has a diverse litigation practice which includes, employment disputes, wage and hour misclassification defense, PAGA matters, Labor Commissioner hearings, business litigation, provisional remedies and attachment, class action defense and CAFA, and breach of contract matters. He has experience in complex litigation in both federal and state court, as well as ADR proceedings.
