Lori Brown is a partner in the Phoenix office and is a member of the Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability practice groups. She has extensive experience in labor and employment law as well as commercial litigation and professional liability. She regularly represents companies in matters in Arizona, Nevada and Utah in administrative forums and in state and federal court.
Michael Dailey is a partner in the Los Angeles office with extensive experience litigating complex business disputes across a variety of industries, including financial services, commercial real estate, healthcare, cannabis, technology, aviation and aerospace, and entertainment. He has also prosecuted and defended clients against fraud, breach of contract, tort, trademark infringement, false advertising, alter ego, racketeering, and breach of fiduciary duty allegations.
Lindsay David is a partner in the Southern California offices of Gordon & Rees. She represents businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small institutional clients in employment and labor disputes. She works extensively in wage-hour class action litigation, collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and representative wage-hour litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act from case inception through appeal.
