Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s New York Senior Counsel Joseph T. Rivera, Jr., co-chair of the La Unidad Latina Law Guild, hosted an event on behalf of the La Unidad Latina Law Guild on Thursday, March 25. Rivera and his fellow Guild members organized a workshop led by Executive Coach and Personal Branding Expert, Terri Nimmons, focusing on how to manage and leverage your personal brand to achieve professional success.
Ms. Nimmons is President and co-founder of Stone Lake Leadership Group LLC. She is an expert in leadership development, facilitating programs for thousands of leaders in financial services, law, IT, academia, science, medicine, entertainment and engineering. Ms. Nimmons stays current on realities and demands of 21st century leadership and shares this knowledge through executive coaching and developing high-potentials and mid-careers in the private, public and non-profit sectors. She brings rigorous “real world” leadership offerings to committed leaders in top global organizations, start-ups and to large federal agencies.
The workshop included lawyers and other professionals from various backgrounds who engaged in a virtual round-table discussion on how to effectively leverage your personal brand to achieve success, especially in today’s virtual and digital world. Ms. Nimmons also provided tips for how to successfully make sure your brand aligns and reflects those goals so you can realize your vision of where you want to be.
