Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Fred B. Lee as a Partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. He joins the Environmental/Toxic Tort and Product & General Liability practice groups.
Mr. Lee focuses on defending corporate clients in toxic tort, environmental, and product liability litigation. He also has experience representing clients and insurance carriers in construction law and general tort liability.

He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Lippitt in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Lee was an extern for the Attorney General, California Department of Justice, in the Civil Law Division.
He is admitted to practice in California, U.S. District Court, Central, Northern and Eastern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and his law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
