Tyler joins the St. Louis office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. Tyler has primarily worked with the firm's Asbestos group since graduating and passing the bar. Tyler earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his B.A. from Central Michigan University.
Courtney joins the Williamsburg office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Estate & Trust Litigation, and Community Association Law practice groups. Her practice areas include general litigation for both small and large businesses, Estate and Trust Litigation, Employment Litigation, and Community Association representation. She handles a variety of matters in both state and federal court throughout Virginia. She works to bring and defend challenges to wills and trusts, will and trust interpretation disputes, litigation against executors and trustees for breach of their fiduciary duties, and proceedings for guardianship and conservatorships. She also litigates cases in which a decedent may not have had a formal estate plan or the status of an estate plan is in question. Courtney earned her J.D. from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Campbell University and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Shelby joins the Hartford office as a member of the Insurance, Product & General Liability, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She has provided support on a broad range of matters related to product liability, premises liability, insurance defense, business transactions, employment matters, and unfair trade practices. Shelby earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from Central Connecticut State University.
Hannah joins the San Francisco office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. She defends employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, and whistleblower actions. Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from the University of Arizona.
Whitney joins the Irvine office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Construction practice groups. Whitney earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and her B.A. from San Francisco State University.
Brittany joins the San Francisco office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. She represents a wide range of clients including both private and public entities in employment related matters including employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to accommodate claims and whistleblower actions. Her litigation practice also includes defending employers in complex wage and hour cases. Brittany earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
Hailey joins the San Diego office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses on a range of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of contract. She has experience with wage and hour claims, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. Her work also includes general advice and counsel work advising employers on a variety of employment issues. Hailey earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Oregon.
Alexandra joins the Chicago office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. While in law school, she externed at the Illinois Appellate Court – First District with Justice Carl A. Walker, the Cook County Public Defender’s Office – Homicide Task Force, and at the Chicago Transit Authority. She gained significant research experience as a research assistant for Professor of Law Hugh Mundy and spent two full years as a Student Attorney in the school’s Pro Bono Litigation Clinic, where she appeared in front of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board, worked with the wrongfully convicted, and assisted with adoptions in circuit court. Alexandra earned her J.D. from UIC School of Law and her B.A. from DePaul University.
Alexandra joins the Detroit office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Insurance, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra worked at a Michigan-based firm focusing on insurance defense. During law school, she worked for a firm focused on litigation, corporate law, and property law. After her first year of law school, Alexandra clerked for Honorable Judge Chylinski at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court. Before law school, she worked as a paralegal and has extensive experience in litigation. Alexandra earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and her B.S. from Western Michigan University.
Seth joins the Louisville office as a member of the Construction practice group. Seth works with the Louisville Steel Team representing steel fabricators of all sizes around the country in litigating complex claims that arise out of large construction projects such as stadiums, bridges, convention centers, metropolitan rail systems, hotels, and other commercial buildings. Seth earned his J.D. from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and his B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington.
Rose joins the Denver office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Rose was a judicial extern for Federal Magistrate Judge S. Kato Crews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and for Judge Rebecca R. Freyre of the Colorado Court of Appeals. She also interned with multiple plaintiff’s employment law firms during law school. Because of this, she brings a balanced perspective to employment law matters. Rose earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.A. from Marquette University.
