Marilyn joins the Denver office as a member of the Insurance and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She has extensive experience in handling appeals and insurance litigation and insurance coverage issues for numerous insurance clients. She also has substantial experience in commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes all phases of litigation, at the trial court and appellate levels, in federal and state court. Marilyn earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado and her B.A. from Colorado State University.
Cameron joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. She represents and defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other adverse employment actions. Prior to joining the firm, Cameron spent five years at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, she conducted 19 jury trials, argued evidentiary motions, negotiated with opposing counsel, and aided in the investigation of criminal allegations. Cameron earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Amanda joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Amanda earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from California Lutheran University.
Nikayla joins the San Francisco office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. Nikayla earned her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from Clark Atlanta University.
John joins the Detroit office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. John earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Wilhelmina joins the Westchester office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Wilhelmina earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.F.A. from New York University.
Andrew joins the Honolulu office as a member of the Construction practice group. Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law and his B.A. from Duke University.
Sharon joins the New York office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Sharon earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Cornell University.
Katherine joins the Dallas office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an Assistant Attorney General in the Open Records Division in Austin. She also previously worked at an AM Law 100 firm where she represented various healthcare entities and medical professionals in medical malpractice cases. She also has a broad range of insurance defense experience. Katherine earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.A. from Baylor University.
Adam joins the New York office as a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Andrew earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.S. from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
