Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named Allen W. Estes III and Sarah N. Turner as Co-Managing Partners of the firm’s Seattle office.
Estes advises clients on construction, public procurement, commercial, and renewable energy matters. He serves as a Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group, Co-Managing Partner of the Seattle office, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Turner is a partner with the Employment and Cannabis practice groups in the firm's Seattle and Portland offices. She litigates in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Her practice also includes counseling, training, and representing clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including hiring, review, and termination procedures, workplace investigations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law.
The Seattle office’s capabilities include the practice areas of employment law, ERISA, insurance coverage, environmental law, defense of asbestos claims, commercial litigation, professional liability, real estate, corporate formation, and construction. Most of the attorneys in the Seattle office practice in both Washington and Oregon. The Seattle office works closely with the Portland office to service the legal needs of their clients in the Pacific Northwest.
