Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Co-Chair of the National Appellate Practice Group, Don Willenburg, St. Louis Partner Ben Thames, and San Francisco Partner Bob Rich will serve as featured presenters at the 2022 DRI Asbestos Medicine Seminar and 2022 DRI Appellate Advocacy Seminar in San Diego, California.
Willenburg will present a session entitled, "How to be an Effective Legal Writer" on Wednesday, November 2 as part of a joint session for both seminars. Thames will present "Diversity Initiative: First Installment – Missing Conversations About Diversity and Moving the Discussion to the Main Stage" on Thursday, November 3. Rich will present "Cross-Examination of Common Plaintiff Experts" on Thursday, November 3. Willenburg will also present "How to Obtain Appellate Relief When Trial Judges Won’t Render Decisions" on November 3.
