Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Jason D. Goldwater as a Partner in the firm’s San Diego office. He is a member of the Employment Law practice group which is the largest group in the office of more than 100 attorneys.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldwater successfully owned and managed his own law firm and previously was an associate at a global law firm. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 companies in diverse commercial and employment litigation matters. He practices in all California state courts, Federal District Courts throughout California, and has handled multiple matters before federal and state appellate courts.

Mr. Goldwater is admitted to practice in California. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. He has been recognized as a 2022 Super Lawyers® Rising Star in the field of litigation.
Mr. Goldwater is a licensed pilot, is fluent in French, and he lived in France and Canada for 14 years.
