Birmingham Senior Counsel Jeremy Richter presented a session entitled, “Level Up Your Law Practice,” for the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association on Thursday, April 28. This session discussed growing a law practice by focusing on processes not outcomes, using goal-setting, and implementing performance metrics to monitor progress.
Richter is senior counsel in the firm’s Birmingham and Atlanta offices and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Insurance, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups. He has a diverse litigation practice in which he handles every phase of litigation from case investigation to litigating bench and jury trials. He has successfully argued motions and tried cases throughout Alabama. Richter also works with clients in pre-litigation investigations and with insurance coverage issues.
The Alabama Defense Lawyers Association brings together lawyers of Alabama who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the handling of civil defense cases and consists of more than 950 members.
