Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Joseph J. Bellew to the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office. He joins the Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Appellate, Insurance, Professional Liability, and Banking & Finance practice groups.
Bellew is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling complex insurance coverage, commercial, directors’ and officers’ liability, and professional negligence matters. He has handled a number of business divorce matters and individuals and entities involved in all facets of the insurance industry.
He also defends casualty matters, including manufacturers, distributors and component part manufacturers in matters involving industrial machinery, architects, engineers, insurance agents and brokers, and licensed professionals of all types in professional negligence claims.

He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
He received his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary's College.
