Detroit Associate Simone R. Fabiilli has been elected to the Italian American Bar Association of Michigan's ("IABAM") Executive Board as Treasurer for the 2022 / 2023 term.
Ms. Fabiilli and the new Executive Board will be sworn in on October 19 at IABAM's annual fundraising event. Ms. Fabiilli looks forward to being involved and receiving insight from former IABAM President and Detroit Co-Managing Partner, Juliana B. Sabatini.
Ms. Fabiilli focuses her practice in fraudulent, material misrepresentation litigation and contract disputes. Since joining Gordon Rees, she continues to grow her practice areas in premises liability, business transaction, real estate, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she served as lead counsel for first-party auto accident insurance defense litigation.
