Don Willenburg, co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group, authored two articles recently published by DRI's For the Defense.
The most recent article, "How to Obtain Relief When Trial Judges Won't Render Decisions," was published in the January 2023 issue, and “Making the Most of Your Table of Contents, Introduction, and Conclusion,” was published in the November / December 2022 issue.
Willenburg has been described as an "appellate luminary" by the journal California Litigation. He is the past chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and for the last decade-plus, he has chaired the amicus briefs committee of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, working to advance causes important to the defense community.
