Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Allison Cardenas as a Partner in the firm's Employment Law practice group based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Ms. Cardenas defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She aggressively defends her clients in all stages of litigation, and thoroughly advises her clients throughout the process, offering unique defense strategies in order to achieve the best results.

"She brings significant experience defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation and will be a great addition to our roster of employment litigators.”
Ms. Cardenas advises employers on a variety of labor and employment issues including state and federal leave statutes and wage and hour laws. She guides her clients on the interactive process, reasonable accommodations, and terminations. She also works with employers in reviewing, drafting, and updating their employee handbooks and personnel policies to ensure compliance with California’s labor and employment laws.
Ms. Cardenas is admitted to practice in California. She earned her law degree from UC Hastings, now known as University of California College of the Law, San Francisco or UC Law SF, where she graduated magna cum laude and received the CALI Award for the highest grade in the class in four courses. She was also the executive symposium editor for the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and was recognized on the Dean's List.
