Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has received the Aspire Diversity Award from Lawyers of Color ("LOC") for 2023.
This award is given to law firms that satisfy two of the following three criteria:
- Have at least one staff member with the word "equity," "diversity," or "inclusion" in their title.
- Have at least one attorney of color, a managing partner, an executive/management committee member, or a practice group leader.
- Have at least 4%, Black attorneys.
The firm's diversity recognition will be highlighted in the LOC's upcoming Diversity Issue 2023. "The firm is honored to receive this recognition. We continue to work hard in our diversity and inclusiveness efforts nationwide. We thank everyone at the firm who focuses on and dedicates themselves to these important issues," shared Franz Hardy, Co-Chair of the firm's National Diversity Committee.
Lawyers of Color is a 501(c)(3) devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. LOC celebrates attorneys of color and conducts research and studies regarding the intersection of the legal profession and social justice. The American Bar Association, National Black Law Students Association, and National Association of Black Journalists have recognized LOC.
