Based in the firm’s Northern California offices, they will be joining the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Environmental/Toxic Tort, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups, practicing throughout California.
Ms. Horiuchi defends clients against claims involving property development, construction, transportation and trucking, product liability, toxic tort, breach of contract, and general liability. Her construction litigation practice includes the representation of builders, developers, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and manufacturers in commercial and residential high-rise, mid-rise, and conversion projects.
She has particular expertise in serving transportation and trucking industry clients involving catastrophic personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, contribution and indemnity matters, regulatory matters, product and manufacturing claims, and first-party and third-party claims for a leading rideshare company. Ms. Horiuchi earned her law degree from Loyola Law School and her undergraduate degree from UCLA.
Mr. Park defends clients against claims involving property development, construction, product liability, toxic tort, environmental, trucking and transportation, breach of contract, subrogation, and general liability. His construction litigation practice includes the representation of builders, developers, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and manufacturers in commercial and residential high-rise, mid-rise, and conversion projects.
He has expertise in serving trucking and transportation industry clients involving a full range of transportation issues, including catastrophic personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, environmental concerns, regulatory matters, product and manufacturing claims, and contribution and indemnity matters. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine.
