Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Joseph Huprich as a partner in the firm's Employment Law practice group in the San Diego office. So far this year, Huprich is the 26th attorney to join the practice on the West Coast.
In a legal career that spans over 25 years, Huprich has helped both individuals and businesses overcome their legal challenges. His practice focuses on employment law, labor, commercial litigation, construction, trials, and arbitration. After training at several prominent litigation firms early in his career, Huprich started his own practice in 2008.

Huprich has regularly received favorable results, including obtaining a dismissal of a $20 million lawsuit against his small business owner client; earning a favorable settlement of a $1 million claim for racial discrimination and harassment involving a major retailer; winning a $1.5 million award for a construction client after a two-week jury trial; and negotiating a favorable settlement of $1.5 million Department of Labor wage claim for a home health care provider.
He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2005, 2006, and 2007 and a Pasadena Magazine Top Attorney from 2012 to 2017. Huprich is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A proud Trojan, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and later his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
