Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani opened its 77th office in Tucson, Arizona, on December 1, 2023. Richard Sybert, Co-Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property practice group, will serve as the Office Managing Partner.
The Tucson office of GRSM serves the firm’s clients in Southern Arizona, and its attorneys work closely with our other offices in the Southwest, including Phoenix and Albuquerque, and collaborate with more than 1,200 attorneys across all 50 states. Tucson, Arizona's oldest incorporated city, is home to the University of Arizona, the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Raytheon, and numerous other defense and high-tech companies.
Our Tucson office will cover a range of expertise, including intellectual property, unfair competition, complex national and international commercial litigation, contract claims, professional liability defense, D&O litigation, construction litigation, product liability, toxic tort, medical fraud, trucking and transportation, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage issues. The Tucson team has experience in litigation and trial in federal and state courts.
