Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce the addition of Partner Kristin L. Pieseski and Associate Edward L. Kelly to the Pittsburgh office.
Ms. Pieseski focuses her practice on defending medical and dental malpractice matters. Throughout her career, she has represented the interests of physicians, hospitals, nurses, home health agencies, and other health care providers in professional liability litigation, licensure matters, and staff privileges disputes in Western and Central Pennsylvania.

Her experience extends to various general insurance defense matters, including product and premises liability, defamation, and cases where the defending carrier suspects fraud. She has also represented professionals during the investigatory and prosecutorial phases of matters before the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional & Occupational Affairs.
Ms. Pieseski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and her undergraduate degree also from Duquesne University.
Mr. Kelly represents physicians, medical professionals, hospitals and other health care facilities in medical malpractice actions and a variety of other matters. He has worked at local and regional law firms in the Pittsburgh area where he represented clients in a diverse collection of practice areas, from estate administration and litigation to mass toxic tort defense.
