Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Todd A. Bowers as a partner in the firm's Seattle office. He will practice in the Insurance and Professional Liability Defense practice groups.
Mr. Bowers is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

He is admitted to practice in Washington, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his law degree from Cornell Law School, where he was the Cornell International Law Journal Note Editor. He graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in political science from Washington State University.
