Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Keith M. Hayasaka as a Partner in the firm’s Seattle office. He joins the Product & General Liability, Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Construction, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups.
Mr. Hayasaka’s broad experience includes commercial litigation, premises liability, personal injury (including wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims), transportation (railroad, trucking, and motor vehicle litigation), and products liability. He has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit claims counseling to obtaining favorable results at arbitration, trial and appeal. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, he was partner in the Seattle office of an Am Law 100 firm. Previously, he practiced in Georgia for nearly a decade. His clients have ranged from individual insureds to S&P 500 companies in matters pending in both state and federal court

He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
