Westchester Partner Allyson Avila and Northern California Partner Paul Caleo will lead an upcoming mock trial at the 2023 Housing Authority Defense Association ("HADA") Seminar hosted by HAI Group on September 20, 2023, in Seattle, Washington.
The mock trial will be based on a recent slip, trip, and fall case that did not turn out as expected. In addition to premises liability, this annual HADA seminar will feature information on property insurance, property law, recent case law, and emerging legal issues surrounding active shooter events.
