Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Chicago Senior Counsel Jonathan Federman and Associate Britanny Jocius authored an article entitled "A Refresher on Important Rules to Remember While Litigating a Civil Matter," published in the DCBA Brief: The Journal of the DuPage County Bar Association in its November/December issue.

Mr. Federman is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of GRSM and is a member of the Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and Appellate practice groups. His practice includes representation of insurance company clients in disputes arising out of commercial general liability, professional liability, business auto, directors and officers, and other types of insurance policies.
Ms. Jocius is an Associate in the firm's Chicago office who focuses her practice on defending clients in commercial litigation and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in insurance defense, general commercial litigation, appellate work, and toxic tort litigation while working for a civil defense law firm.
