New York Associate Suleman Malik will serve as a repeat faculty lecturer for the third session of a three-part CLE webinar series, "Taking & Defending Deposition: Strategies & Techniques," to be held by the New York City Bar Association on July 24.
Mr. Malik will join a panel of skilled litigators and offer his insight and experience as to various strategies and techniques in relation to corporate and expert depositions. This CLE program will address many unique issues that may arise in preparing to take, conduct, and defend such a deposition, which is often a crucial component to the progression and ultimate disposition of litigation.
Mr. Malik is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey. He has years of experience representing clients ranging from small to large businesses in the construction, solar, and transportation industries and other similar professions, focusing primarily on substantive litigation as well as transactional matters. He has also been selected as a Super Lawyers Metro Rising Star and frequently publishes and lectures, offering his perspective on a number of legal topics.
