Charleston Partner Kerry K. Jardine has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association ("SCWLA").
In her role, she will work to further the mission of the SCWLA to enhance the status, influence, and effectiveness of women lawyers in the State of South Carolina. Through advocacy, action, and association, the SCWLA endeavors to ensure that women lawyers achieve their fair share of opportunities and benefits available to those in the legal profession.
Ms. Jardine focuses her practice on commercial, class action, product and general liability, employment law, construction, and professional liability claims. In addition to practicing in these areas, her diverse civil practice also includes litigation experience in shareholder litigation, community association law, appellate practice, and representing insurers in various policy lines. She has comprehensive experience in all stages of litigation.
