Frederic Nicola Joins GRSM as General Liability Partner

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Frederic Nicola, Jr. as a Partner in its San Diego office. This addition bolsters the General Liability practice group.

A seasoned tort and product liability attorney, Nicola has managed complex litigation matters for a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and multi-billion dollar corporations, within state and federal judicial systems and alternative dispute resolution platforms. Frederic has experience handling liability cases involving claims across various venues such as sports stadiums, entertainment centers, real estate portfolios, and educational institutions.

An effective communicator, he maintains communication channels with stakeholders, including general counsel and company executives, to ensure strategic alignment and coordination of objectives and expectations.

Nicola is admitted to practice in California. He earned his law degree from the Southwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Chapman University.
