Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani attorney Le'Ron A. Byrd has been invited to join The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an organization dedicated to recognizing and highlighting African American legal excellence. Attorneys are selected for this honor through a rigorous nomination and vetting process.
Byrd is an Associate in the Raleigh office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on civil disputes for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individual clients in state court, federal court, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings throughout the State of North Carolina. Byrd also handles professional liability matters, including the defense of healthcare providers, insurance agents and brokers, and attorneys. He regularly represents design professionals in construction defect and delay claims.
Byrd currently serves as Council Member and Secretary of the Litigation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association ("NCBA"). Within the NCBA Litigation Section, he has also taken on the role of Chair of the Diversity Committee. In this capacity, he works to promote inclusivity, equity, and representation within the legal community, fostering an environment that values and celebrates diversity.
