Esperanza L. Alcazar is a Partner in San Diego and a member of the Employment Law and Class Action practice groups. She has experience representing clients in employment matters, contract disputes, construction disputes, premises liability, and product liability. Her practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses on claims ranging from single plaintiff to complex class action wage and hour matters.
Robert J. Bosilovic III is a Partner in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on construction defect and product defect claims. He regularly assesses issues related to insurance coverage in the construction context and counsels his clients on matters involving mechanic’s liens, contract negotiation, and general counseling on day-to-day business operations.
Daniel P. Brees is a Partner in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Professional Liability Defense practice group. He has extensive experience litigating a broad range of commercial issues, including contract disputes, secured transactions, statutory violations, and commercial torts. He also has experience litigating employment claims. Prior to law school, Brees was a Certified Public Accountant and gained valuable experience working in public accounting.
Elizabeth L. Casey is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She focuses her practice on the representation of individuals, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and municipalities throughout all stages of complex civil litigation. Her practice consists of a broad range of tort, commercial, and employment matters in state and federal courts nationwide.
Trina M. Clayton is a Partner in the San Francisco office and a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. She has spent more than 20 years successfully defending vehicle, equipment, and product manufacturers in a variety of matters with an emphasis on consumer warranty, product defect, toxic tort, and personal injury. Her experience includes defense of Fortune 500 corporations, midsize companies, and family-owned businesses.
Steven Cunha is a Partner in the Providence office and a member of the Business Transactions practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions throughout New England. From preparation of purchase and sale agreements through closing, Cunha assists GRSM's clients to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish, providing clients with seasoned guidance on how to navigate the ever-changing and highly competitive real estate market.
Kendall P. Der is a Partner in the Orange County office and a member of the Construction practice group. Jacqueline M. Duvall is a Partner in the St. Louis office and a member of the Insurance practice group. Jonathan L. Federman is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Insurance and Appellate practice groups. His practice includes the representation of insurance company clients in disputes arising out of commercial general liability, professional liability, business auto, directors and officers, and other types of insurance policies. Federman provides opinions and recommendations to insurer clients faced with a potential claim, as well as representation in declaratory judgment litigation.
Juliana C. Ferraz is a Partner in the Orange County office and a member of the Real Estate and Retail & Hospitality practice groups. Christina M. Flores is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Insurance practice group. Kassandra N. Garrison is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She develops local and national strategies for asbestos liabilities, frequently serving on National Corporate Counsel teams for multi-national corporations. She focuses on disrupting the status quo in high-volume jurisdictions. Additionally, she represents clients in PFAs/PFOs litigation, helping shape defense strategies and drive harm reduction efforts at the regulatory level.
Emily Genge is a Partner in the Walnut Creek office and a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. She defends businesses of varying sizes, including large and midsize restaurant franchises, small businesses, and transportation companies against personal injury claims, motor vehicle collisions, contract disputes, and premises liability actions. She works with corporate clients from inception through trial.
Jonathan W. Gonzalez is a Partner in the Williamsburg office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has a background as a trial litigator in Virginia’s state and federal courts. Gonzalez has represented large and small businesses and individuals in various matters including construction disputes, complex government contracts litigation, and employment disputes through all stages of litigation and appeal.
Justin M. Holmes is a Partner in the Philadelphia office and a member of the Cyber, Privacy & Data Security and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He has a national practice centered on defending organizations in class actions and other data privacy-related litigation, as well as handling regulatory investigations stemming from data privacy and security incidents and litigation arising out of online tracking and data breach-related claims.
Stephanie M. Imbornone is a Partner in the New Jersey office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She handles a variety of litigation, including breach of contract, premises liability, professional malpractice, and commercial collection actions. She also has extensive experience in defending employers in employment actions involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblowing in both federal and state courts.
Leslie H. Joyner is a Partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. She has experience in all aspects of state and federal employment matters, including Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions and class actions or representative actions for wage and hour and consumer violations. She has experience handling complex civil litigation spanning a range of industries, including transportation, healthcare, and retail.
Alexander C. Jurado is a Partner in the San Francisco office and a member of the Construction practice group. He represents clients in residential and commercial construction defect cases. Prior to joining GRSM, he represented residential and commercial builders and developers in complex, multi-party construction defect matters. He has experience handling mechanic’s lien cases, having represented developers, contractors, and homeowners through the lien foreclosure process.
Megan P. Keane is a Partner in the Louisville office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She has been practicing law in Kentucky and Indiana for more than ten years during which time she has developed a broad skillset across general, business, and complex commercial litigation. Nicole T. Lomibao is a Partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. Her employment litigation practice includes defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. She has represented public agencies in employment and public works matters and defended financial service professionals and corporations in securities and professional liability litigation matters.
Matthew A. Mallet is a Partner in the San Francisco office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. Mallet has practiced employment and business law for over two decades, after gaining valuable trial experience as a deputy district attorney for nearly two years. He is an experienced litigator, having litigated a variety of types of cases in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in civil trials, arbitration, administrative tribunals, and state appellate courts.
Rosa E. Manchester is a Partner in the San Francisco office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts through all stages of litigation. She has litigated many matters to successful resolution and has experience in professional liability, insurance coverage, class actions, product liability, commercial litigation, and employment litigation matters.
Adam M. Masin is a Partner in the Hartford office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Masin has more than two decades of experience litigating nationwide mass torts, product liability claims, and complex business disputes. He has handled hundreds of pharmaceutical and medical device lawsuits at every stage of litigation, including JPML proceedings, national and international discovery, Daubert hearings, trials, and appeals.
John S. Na is a Partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Insurance practice group. Na represents insurers under a wide range of policies, including property, CGL, management liability, professional services, cyber and tech, and products designed specifically for the share economy. He renders coverage analysis and advises the firm’s insurer clients on their coverage and claims handling obligations.
Erich P. Nathe is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial, environmental/toxic tort, construction, and product liability litigation. He has experience advising businesses and individuals on a range of complex matters. He has further tried and mediated cases for his clients to favorable resolutions throughout Illinois.
Maxine J. Nicholas is a Partner in the New Jersey office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. Anastasia F. Osbrink is a Partner in the San Diego office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Osbrink regularly defends clients in business disputes, as well as employment-related matters such as DFEH and EEOC claims, wage and hour or PAGA claims, and directors and officers litigation. She has served as general outside counsel for several corporate clients, addressing such issues as trademark and copyright registration and infringement claims.
Lauren C. Penrod is a Partner in the Detroit office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Jeremy W. Richter is a Partner in the Birmingham office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has a diverse litigation practice and handles every phase of litigation, from case investigation to bench and jury trials. He has successfully argued motions and tried cases throughout Alabama. Richter also works with clients in pre-litigation investigations and with insurance coverage issues.
Delia C. Rivera is a Partner in the Houston office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Rivera has a diverse litigation background which focuses on commercial and general liability litigation. John D. Sager is a Partner in the Sacramento office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. Andrew L. Salenger is a Partner in the Honolulu office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He also has experience in tort litigation, civil rights litigation, and land and transportation advice and counsel, from working nine years with the Hawaii Attorney General’s Office.
Rachel D. Salvin is a Partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Employment Law practice group. She handles complex business disputes and class action and PAGA cases, particularly regarding wage and hour issues.
Michael J. Schacher is a Partner in the Westchester office and is a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Lindsey M. Shepard is a Partner in the Nashville office and a member of the Health Care practice group.
