Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Partner Tara Lynch has been accepted into the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel ("FDCC").
The FDCC, comprising recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction, is dedicated to promoting the knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism of its members as they pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits. FDCC membership is limited, selective, and by nomination only. Currently, the FDCC maintains slightly more than 1400 members from around the world.
Lynch, a Partner in GRSM's New Hampshire and Boston offices, has extensive experience handling a broad spectrum of defense litigation for individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. Her practice areas include professional liability defense for architects and engineers, real estate professionals, and medical and legal professionals, as well as cases involving construction defects, product liability, employment disputes, land use, and complex personal injury matters. She has a notable trial record, with first-chair trial experience and favorable defense outcomes in both state and federal courts.
