Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes David Campbell, Timothy Chai, and Donald Slezak to the firm's Cleveland office, as well as Nancy Cundiff to the firm’s New Orleans office, strengthening the Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate practice groups.
Campbell focuses on representing employers in all aspects of employment and independent contractor relationships. His practice extends across many industries and includes hospitals, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, dental organizations, and all sizes of private organizations. He has also litigated on behalf of employers in response to discrimination, harassment, and other wrongful discharge claims.
Chai focuses primarily on product liability and complex commercial litigation. His practice also includes matters involving trade secrets and non-compete agreements, asbestos litigation, and general liability. He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from the initial investigation to appeal.
Slezak's practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment and general litigation. He represents clients throughout the country on a variety of litigation, labor, and counseling matters. Slezak has litigated in many different state and federal courts and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and similar state agencies.
Cundiff has extensive experience litigating complicated contract disputes and large tort claims. She manages the negotiation of commercial leases for clients throughout the country and assists real estate clients in all aspects of projects from acquisition and development to disposition. She also counsels clients in the hospitality industry nationwide in management contracts, vendor agreements, premises liability, and risk matters.
