Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Eric A. Howard as a Partner in the firm's Boston office, strengthening the Commercial, Construction and Professional Liability practice groups.
Howard focuses his practice on representing clients in complex business disputes, including professional malpractice, construction, intellectual property rights, tort, and commercial litigation matters. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, administrative and arbitration tribunals, and mediations. He frequently provides risk management seminars regarding construction and commercial law topics.

Howard is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also a member of the Risk Management Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts. Howard has been recognized as one of Boston Magazine’s Top Lawyers in 2021 and 2022.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He earned his law degree from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University.
