Focusing on employment law, litigation, and catering to the in-house legal requirements of employers, Rangoonwala offers comprehensive guidance and representation across various industries for businesses, small and large companies, nonprofits, and other national and international organizations in disputes. He also advises on HR and employee relations concerns, emphasizing policy development, litigation avoidance and oversight, risk reduction, legal compliance, and facilitation of business transactions. In addition to his litigation and advisory practice, Rangoonwala conducts internal investigations and provides clients with guidance on personnel management issues.

Rangoonwala earned his law degree from Chapman University School of Law, where he was awarded an Academic Merit Scholarship, the "Commitment to Service" Award, and the CALI Award for Excellence. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
