Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Dana L. Burch as a Partner in the firm's San Francisco office, strengthening the Employment Law and Labor practice groups.
Ms. Burch represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation. An experienced litigator, she is well-versed in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, law and motion, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals. Ms. Burch deftly defends key expert witnesses in high-risk cases and is a keen legal researcher and writer. She also has experience in assessing verdict valuations and developing sophisticated trial themes.
Before joining GRSM, Ms. Burch represented government and nonprofit clients in employment matters and defended against asbestos, toxic tort, premises liability, and product liability claims.
Ms. Burch has received recognition from The American Registry as America's Most Honored Professionals – Top 1%- and Martindale-Hubbell AV's Preeminent Rating for the Judicial Edition.
She is admitted to practice in California. Ms. Burch earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
