Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce that the Los Angeles Times has recognized Jennifer L. Lallite, Los Angeles Of Counsel, as one of Southern California's visionary consumer attorneys.
She has substantial experience both defending employers in individual and multi-party lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as prior experience handling plaintiff’s side cases. She also has experience defending employers in wage and hour and PAGA actions. Lallite handles cases in state and federal court, arbitration disputes, and matters before administrative agencies.
She is an active participant in the Los Angeles legal community including several bar associations such as the Langston Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles.
The honorees were nominated by their colleagues and peers and recognized for their average success rates, settlements, and verdicts that they had won in the last two years. Further criteria included leadership positions within their firms and their community and board affiliations and recognitions.
