Our appellate advocates here run a notable motion and appellate practice. We offer additional practice capabilities in employment law, real estate, franchise, entertainment and recreation law, pharmaceutical and medical devices, trucking, retail and hospitality, and transportation law.
The Austin area has undergone historic growth in recent years. Our attorneys have worked with the Texas legislature on tort reform, and our bench includes a former general counsel to the Governor of Texas and an assistant attorney general for the state.
We are an involved and committed team. We have led key professional groups, including the Austin Bar Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel. In addition to our extensive commitment to ABOTA, we have taught trial advocacy at the University of Texas School of Law. We are graduates of Leadership Austin, and our civic contributions support a variety of childhood and educational initiatives, as well as youth sports and cultural institutions.
