Our business and commercial litigation docket is busy. We work to resolve cases as efficiently as possible, but when needed we can draw on the deep trial experience of our Las Vegas attorneys.

In addition to our Las Vegas-based litigators, the office is home to corporate and transactional lawyers. We advise on corporate entity formation and governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other issues.

Finance attorneys here have helped shape our practice in national financing opinions. We work with clients nationwide in large complex financing transactions that often involve numerous borrowers and guarantors.

GRSM attorneys in Las Vegas and in our affiliated office in Reno have diverse backgrounds. We have served as judicial externs and interns, as deputy city attorney, and in the Nevada Attorney General’s office. We receive recognition from Nevada Business Magazine and Best Lawyers in America® and belong to the Clark County Bar Association, Las Vegas Defense Lawyers Association, and other legal and business associations.

We strive to create a laid-back social atmosphere for our attorneys and staff. While we work hard, we also have fun. Among other firm activities, our office holds potluck lunches and an annual chili cook-off.
