Situated in downtown Louisville, GRSM’s Kentucky office serves clients throughout the state and in Southern Indiana. Our closely-knit team includes a bench of experienced attorneys, many of whom are natives of the state. Professionals in Louisville represent national and regional business clients, supporting firm colleagues and matters across our 50 state platform.

Construction is a core practice here. Our Louisville office is home to GRSM’s Steel Team, a dedicated group of lawyers who represent steel fabricators of all sizes nationwide. We also represent a range of clients in dispute resolution, business transactions, employment matters, and more.

The area is known for the strength of its workforce and its livability. A work-hard, play-hard spirit defines our culture. Since opening the office in 2018, we have been active members of Louisville’s legal and business communities and leaders in philanthropic groups.
