Manchester

GRSM’s presence in New England includes New Hampshire’s largest city, Manchester, which adds depth to our team of litigation and business attorneys across the Northeastern region. Centrally located between Boston and Concord, New Hampshire’s capitol, our Manchester office serves as a hub for GRSM’s northern New England operations. Since opening the New Hampshire office in 2019, GRSM’s New Hampshire attorneys have served scores of clients, ranging from local businesses to national corporations with a New Hampshire presence.

Our attorneys are seasoned litigators with trial experience in New Hampshire’s state and federal courts. Each of our New Hampshire attorneys is also admitted in at least one other New England jurisdiction, offering the ability to provide regional support to GRSM’s clients. We draw from a deep understanding of local rules and practices as well as a network of colleagues and professionals in Boston and Hartford, many of whom are also licensed in multiple states.

Our attorneys have notable experience in professional liability defense, defending a wide range of professionals in state and federal courts and before state licensing agencies. Additionally, our New Hampshire counsel regularly provides management-side employment law services to businesses, including the negotiation of employment agreements, the defense of charges before the Commission for Human Rights and the EEOC, and the defense of litigation in court.

As experienced construction attorneys, our New Hampshire counsel can assist with a wide range of litigation and transactional matters, from defending construction defect claims to reviewing contracts to perfecting mechanic’s liens. We can also assist with a wide range of other litigation matters, including environmental and toxic tort claims, product liability claims, and other general liability matters. This robust litigation practice is bolstered by a transactional practice, which includes due diligence for New Hampshire business transactions and assistance with estate and probate matters.
