The Miami office was founded in late 2009 with the help of Office Co-Managing Partners Robin Taylor Symons, who specializes in personal and professional misconduct and liability claims, insurance coverage matters and class actions, and Ari Shapiro, who is an accomplished toxic tort specialist.
Anchoring the Miami appellate and trial strategy team are former Chief Judge (Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal) David Gersten, who also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in complex cases, and Joseph Sacher who has extensive litigation, trial, and appellate experience in securities and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
