Our attorneys have represented multiple London Market insurers and reinsurers in coverage, arbitration and litigation matters involving marine and non-marine reinsurance disputes. We have experience advising cedents and reinsurers concerning wording – in both facultative and treaty reinsurance contracts – and providing advice on follow-the-fortunes issues, commutations, allocation, aggregation, number of occurrences, rescission, offset, pre-hearing security, insolvency, contract wording, and fraud. Our team has also arbitrated several Bermuda form arbitrations domestically and abroad.
