On August 9, Law Week Colorado featured an article by Denver Office Partner John M. Palmeri entitled "Bad Economy Trickles Down To Law Practice." In the article, Mr. Palmeri addresses potential areas of legal malpractice relating to the difficult economy, such as accepting work outside usual areas of practice, as well as counterclaims for legal malpractice that are becoming more frequent as attorneys find themselves faced with filing claims against clients for non-payment of fees.
