The ALM recently published an article in The Insurance Coverage Law Bulletin by Delaney Busch and Kelly Kirby of the Hartford office.
The article, titled “Cybersecurity Insurance Coverage: Prudent Risk Management for Companies of All Sizes” discusses the recently published and much anticipated decision in Recall Total Info. Mgmt., Inc. v. Fed. Ins. Co. (“Recall III”), 317 Conn. 46 (2015) and what it means for commercial general liability coverage for data breach.
Kirby is an associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Employment practice groups. Busch is an associate with the Insurance and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups.
